Key responsibilities & impact

Lead design strategy and execution across Seller Experiences
Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and business leaders to shape priorities
Raise the quality bar by guiding work from early concepts through wireframes, prototypes, and final specifications
Coach, mentor, and develop designers through regular feedback
Use research, testing, and experimentation to validate design decisions
Build deep expertise in the seller, marketplace, and eCommerce landscape

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in UX, Product, or Experience Design
3+ years of people management experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in user-centered design
Proven track record of implementing effective team and cross-functional processes
Experience influencing product direction through research, data, and compelling communication
Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in eCommerce, marketplaces, seller tools, SaaS, fintech, or other complex product ecosystems is preferred
Familiarity with the gaming, hobby, or collectibles community — particularly trading card games
