About the role
- Leverage your experience to act as a thought leader and driving force for our fulfillment solutions
- Intersect customer needs with our business goals and align cross-departmental teams
- Improve the core product experience for our sellers by focusing on tools and services that enable them to grow
- Support and contribute to key fulfillment initiatives that span multiple workstreams
- Partner with engineering, design, operations, and analytics teams
- Participate in UAT activities, business readiness, and end-to-end testing across fulfillment workflows
- Assist in translating customer needs and operational realities into clear product requirements
- Use qualitative research, customer interactions, and data analysis to inform product decisions
Requirements
- 2+ years of product management experience or equivalent experience in program management, business analysis, QA, or operations-focused roles
- Demonstrated experience working on complex, cross-functional products involving operations, workflows, or fulfillment or logistics systems
- Understanding of eCommerce, retail, or small business SaaS tooling, with empathy for seller needs
- Experience participating in technical discussions with engineering teams
- Proven ability to define requirements, write clear product documentation including PRDs, BRDs, and success metrics, and guide teams without direct authority
- Customer-centric approach with clear examples of creating important customer value
