About the role

  • Leverage your experience to act as a thought leader and driving force for our fulfillment solutions
  • Intersect customer needs with our business goals and align cross-departmental teams
  • Improve the core product experience for our sellers by focusing on tools and services that enable them to grow
  • Support and contribute to key fulfillment initiatives that span multiple workstreams
  • Partner with engineering, design, operations, and analytics teams
  • Participate in UAT activities, business readiness, and end-to-end testing across fulfillment workflows
  • Assist in translating customer needs and operational realities into clear product requirements
  • Use qualitative research, customer interactions, and data analysis to inform product decisions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of product management experience or equivalent experience in program management, business analysis, QA, or operations-focused roles
  • Demonstrated experience working on complex, cross-functional products involving operations, workflows, or fulfillment or logistics systems
  • Understanding of eCommerce, retail, or small business SaaS tooling, with empathy for seller needs
  • Experience participating in technical discussions with engineering teams
  • Proven ability to define requirements, write clear product documentation including PRDs, BRDs, and success metrics, and guide teams without direct authority
  • Customer-centric approach with clear examples of creating important customer value
