About the role

  • You will work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product Management, Project Management, IT, Development) and external partners to develop solution concepts based on tender requirements.
  • You are responsible for the entire tender process – from the initial screening of bidding documents to the final submission of the offer.
  • You plan and lead kick-off meetings as well as regular coordination calls with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You compile and provide all relevant documents, cover letters, reference data and pricing sheets.
  • You review tender conditions (VgV, VOL), identify requirements and risks, and derive appropriate actions.
  • You ensure that all tender documents are complete, submitted on time and in the required format.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Law, Industrial Engineering, Medical Technology or a comparable field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a high degree of empathy for customer needs
  • Technical understanding of IT and medical technology solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and organizational talent
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into structured, solution-oriented outputs
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
