About the role
- Verify invoice details, match with purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies
- Work with corporate transactional service team to coordinate payments in accordance with company policies
- Generate and issue customer invoices in conjunction with the customer service team
- Ensure accuracy of billing information and timely delivery to customers
- Assist with preparation and posting of journal entries
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred, or prior relevant experience
- Experience with accounts payable processes, customer invoicing, and month-end closing support
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in analyzing and resolving discrepancies in financial data with attention to detail
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and maintain operational efficiency
