About the role

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and promptly
  • Verify invoice details, match to purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate payments with the corporate transactional services team
  • Set up new vendors and respond to vendor inquiries
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices with the customer service team
  • Ensure billing accuracy and timely delivery
  • Issue credits for quality‑related returns
  • Resolve customer billing questions

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in accounting or finance preferred, or relevant experience
  • Experience in accounts payable, customer invoicing, and month‑end close
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
  • Proven ability to analyze and resolve financial discrepancies
  • Solid understanding of GAAP
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial software
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., data manipulation, reporting)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective problem‑solving and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with sound business judgment
  • Strong communication skills
