About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain relationships to increase sales within Fortune 1000-type accounts
- Plan sales programs by identifying consumer buying behavior and influences
- Identify new accounts or prospecting when possible
- Train resources and assist with negotiations
- Attend weekly sales meetings and present updates on products
- Cross-selling initiatives and selling alongside Sales Representatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of outside sales experience
- Proven track record of success in following an opportunity through closing
- Strong comfort level on the phone
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written)
- Networking, cold calling, group/individual presentations, and contract negotiation skills
- Ability to develop effective relationships internally and externally
- Positive attitude and customer focus
- Experience in the print or promotional industry preferred
