About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the administration, design, communication, and continuous improvement of Taylor’s health, welfare, and retirement programs
  • Partner with Field HR, HRConnect, Finance, and external vendors
  • Administer and maintain benefits programs while guiding employees on eligibility, coverage, and provisions
  • Ensure operational excellence across Open Enrollment, vendor coordination, compliance, reporting, and employee education
  • Maintain accurate records and support informed decision making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years experience administering employee benefits programs
  • Experience maintaining benefits records and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of health, welfare, and retirement programs
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and stakeholders
  • Workday or HRIS proficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
