About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the administration, design, communication, and continuous improvement of Taylor’s health, welfare, and retirement programs
- Partner with Field HR, HRConnect, Finance, and external vendors
- Administer and maintain benefits programs while guiding employees on eligibility, coverage, and provisions
- Ensure operational excellence across Open Enrollment, vendor coordination, compliance, reporting, and employee education
- Maintain accurate records and support informed decision making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years experience administering employee benefits programs
- Experience maintaining benefits records and reporting
- Strong knowledge of health, welfare, and retirement programs
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and stakeholders
- Workday or HRIS proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
