About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with business leaders and SMEs to design manufacturing, inventory, and warehouse processes into scalable future-state Oracle Cloud solutions
Assist in discovery sessions, design workshops, and requirements gathering and validation meetings
Analyze and document business pain points and translate them into system capabilities, process changes, or automation opportunities
Create detailed business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and user stories
Support design and configuration activities for Oracle Cloud Fusion modules including: Manufacturing Inventory Management Warehouse Management (WMS) Related supply chain modules
Work with the business to collect Use Cases for new designs, enhancements, and releases
Create test scripts, scenarios, and business process validation cases
Support phased release deployments, acquisitions, and future module rollouts
Track functional deliverables and assist in alignment across teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, MIS, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
2+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations or business transformation initiatives
Understanding of manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, or supply chain operations
Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills
Experience leading workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced implementation environment
Ability to travel 10-15% for fit/gaps or deployments
