Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers on behalf of the company
  • Ensure all customer requirements and needs are completely met
  • Convey expertise in products and solutions to customers

  • Understand and appropriately use the company pricing system and policies
  • Review various work products for accuracy and improvement opportunities
  • Manage workflow to meet customer deadlines
  • Help customers articulate their needs
  • Effectively present and discuss products and services to customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or the equivalent
  • 2 years of college preferred
  • 3 years of related/relevant experience in position or specialization
  • Print, marketing or promotional product experience preferred
  • Salesforce.com knowledge a plus
  • Strong MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel and Outlook
  • Advanced computer experience and ability to implement new technologies
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
