About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for overall health of assigned book of business
Coordinate and execute advanced daily tasks for assigned clients
Assist in billing and invoicing processes
Perform daily tasks such as job tracking & job reconciliation
Generate and provide reports to clients or internal teams as required
Monitor open tickets and assist in ticket management and resolution
Manage inventory by tracking, replenishing, and reporting on stock levels needed for upcoming client projects
