💰 $70,000 - $90,000 per year

About the role

  • Manage the configuration of the Oracle ERP applications
  • Analyze and troubleshoot the ERP functional issues
  • Partner with support team and SME’s to validate functionality
  • Work with SME’s within the business to analyze current operational procedures
  • Facilitate the gathering, analysis, prioritization, and complexity categorization of business requirements
  • Document and model ‘as is’ and ‘future state’ business processes
  • Analyze and optimize requirements to match guiding principles of future state
  • Act as a liaison between business end users and IT development teams
  • Responsible for collaborating with the business to create detailed use cases, process flows, prototyping, test cases and test scenarios

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree – Finance, Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 3+ years of process improvement experience; especially experience that leverages technology
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain applications, including implementation and support, particularly in Manufacturing
  • Experience with Shop Floor Control applications
