About the role

  • Provide overall financial leadership to the BI & CP Group and related segments
  • Responsible for all financial aspects of the accounting and FP&A teams, including annual budgets, periodic re-forecasts, monthly financial reporting, project profitability analysis, cost accounting, contract reviews, pricing analysis, and strategic planning
  • Provide robust monthly reporting and analysis to the CFO and Group President
  • Build effective relationships with Corporate Finance Center of Excellence and all Group business unit leaders
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of all BI & CP general ledgers, transactions, financial records, and reports
  • Lead the development of the annual operating budget and assist Business Unit Presidents with strategic plans
  • Drive finance system conversion and implementation of standard corporate accounting policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
  • CPA, CMA, MBA preferred
  • 15+ years’ experience in accounting/finance and supervising large teams
  • Expert level Excel skills required
  • Proven experience in developing and strengthening management controls, operational processes, streamlining systems, and integration of business practices
  • Proven process improvement and change management skills and experience required
  • Prior experience in system implementations and simplifications, and project management
  • Experience working/interacting with Sales and geographically dispersed teams
  • International experience (Mexico and Puerto Rico locations) is preferred
  • Manufacturing experience is preferred
