About the role
- Design and architect end-to-end analytics and reporting solutions across multiple businesses with different ERP systems and data models
- Partner with sales, product, finance, and executive stakeholders to understand reporting needs and guide them toward meaningful, actionable insights
- Evaluate incoming reporting requests, clarify requirements, and help stakeholders understand what constitutes effective versus ineffective reporting
- Collaborate closely with centralized Taylor data teams and individual business units to integrate data into a shared Microsoft Fabric environment
- Lead data modeling efforts to transform and structure data into a unified, scalable architecture that supports Power BI reporting
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical leaders by clearly explaining data concepts, limitations, and opportunities
- Support the long-term vision of building an enterprise-level reporting structure that can scale across the division
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Fabric, including data ingestion, transformation, and data warehousing concepts
- 5+ years of experience in data modeling, including designing and maintaining scalable data architectures
- 3+ years of experience building and supporting reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Experience working with multiple, disparate data sources and transforming them into a single, consolidated data model
- Strong ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business leaders
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving IT, data, and business teams
