About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team (including operational and disciplinary leadership).
- Plan, implement and continuously improve the marketing and communications strategy.
- Create, execute and evolve a cross-product marketing strategy.
- Own all lead channels, including the website, blog, newsletter and social media channels.
- Define, analyze and monitor key KPIs to ensure channel and campaign success.
- Apply AI strategically to increase efficiency and automate marketing processes.
- Conduct continuous performance analysis across the entire marketing funnel.
- Take ownership of lead and brand management.
- Share responsibility for short- and medium-term sales performance.
- Perform regular analyses to continuously monitor the market and competitive landscape.
- Coordinate and communicate with external service providers and partners.
- Own marketing budget planning.
- Participate in trade shows on occasion.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing.
- Practical experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or HubSpot.
- Interest and affinity for AI-driven automation of marketing processes.
- Data-driven mindset and a hands-on approach.
- Willingness to take ownership and elevate marketing success to the next level.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire others.
- Native German speaker with very good written and spoken English skills.
