About the role

  • Hire, coach, and develop a strong team of product managers.
  • Define and drive the overall product roadmap across key initiatives, ensuring it reflects customer needs, business goals, and industry trends.
  • Guide product managers in using data and customer feedback to inform priorities and validate solutions.
  • Foster close collaboration across cross-functional teams and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensure product decisions account for business constraints, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and evolving needs of tax professionals to identify opportunities and risks.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading and coaching PMs.
  • Experience building B2B software products, ideally in tax, accounting, or other professional services.
  • Strong understanding of product discovery, delivery, and roadmap development.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and communication at all levels.
  • Ability to support teams in balancing strategic thinking with practical execution.
