About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with internal clients to understand staffing needs
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
- Coordinate scheduling of interviews with hiring managers and team members
- Prepare interview materials and debriefs
- Extend offers of employment
- Negotiate salary and benefits
- Communicate with new hires prior to start date
- Orient new employees on their first day
- Track metrics related to the recruiting function
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in human resources or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required
- Knowledge of HRIS systems preferred
