About the role

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of software and digital transformation projects.
  • Plan and execute projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking.
  • Handle changing requirements and uncertainty without disrupting delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with developers, technical leads, and architects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Ensure clear communication, reporting, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business/Commerce or related field).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile & Hybrid project delivery (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Experience managing uncertainty and evolving requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and expectation management.
  • Proven ability to coordinate technical teams with a delivery-focused mindset.
  • Strong risk management and prioritization skills.
