About the role
- Tavus is a research lab building AI Humans that see, hear, and respond in real-time
- Support and partner with developers to create compelling experiences on Tavus
- Build docs, guides, sample apps, and tools to streamline developer experience
- Troubleshoot, fix root issues, and tinker with the platform to reduce reactive support
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and GTM to improve the platform
- Inspire and unblock builders, and help them launch products using Tavus
Requirements
- Full-stack engineering skills and willingness to build end-to-end experiences
- Enjoy talking to customers and helping them build products
- Experience building community and developer-facing content
- Ability to identify root causes and improve platform UX
- Comfortable creating docs, guides, and example integrations
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and GTM teams
- Blend of dev-rel, dev-exp, product, and R&D mindset
