About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help ensure production is always up and running efficiently
Support services in production, testing and development environments, guaranteeing availability, efficiency, monitoring, alerting, resilience, and on-call support
Contribute to the design, implementation, and management of cost-effective, large-scale infrastructure systems, including cloud services, networking, and storage solutions
Work in the infrastructure department ('Platform & Services') to build and operate infrastructure powering the digital asset platform
Own and improve the lifecycle of production, testing, and development environments
Automate and improve complex systems and operational processes
Deploy and operate solutions and integrate them into existing production environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years of hands-on experience operating services, ideally in demanding environments
Familiarity with SRE principles and practices, including automation, monitoring, and incident management
Hands-on exposure to modern DevOps tooling, including Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, and Shell; experience with several is a plus
Exposure to DevOps build and testing processes, release management, and product lifecycle management
Ability to deploy and operate solutions and integrate them into existing production environments, with support from senior team members on complex work
Some experience with database manipulation using SQL
Software development experience, preferably in Go, Java, or Python
Good written and verbal communication skills
Eagerness to learn and being team- and results-oriented
Based in Zurich, Lausanne, or Geneva
