About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support and operate several duties related to end-users' IT environment that includes: End-user systems management
Deployment of end-user hardware and software using supplied installation instructions and tools, including handover to end-users.
Follow up of end-user equipment lifecycle from procurement to disposal
Identification, recording, categorization, investigation and prioritization of incidents and requests related to end-users' environment
Support IT-related tasks connected to our offices in Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich
Corporate IT support & management
Administration, maintenance and improvements of corporate applications
Administration of corporate IT infrastructure (Local Network, Printers, Small Devices)
Access rights management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor in computer science or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in similar functions
Proven experience of administrating Linux, Mac and Windows workstations
Experience with Azure administration (including Office 365, Sharepoint, Intune, Windows defender)
Knowledge (incl. development) of Salesforce a plus
Knowledge of Python scripting a plus
Go programming language a plus
Proficient with security best practices in banking environments
Fluent in English and good knowledge of French
Resident in Switzerland and willing to travel between our 3 offices (Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich).
