About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage tasks and work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and engineering counterparts to build scalable, compliant enterprise products
Partner with engineers and the business to become a domain expert in core platform services and compliance products
Own the product backlog for document lifecycle and compliance domains end-to-end, including roadmap, prioritisation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release readiness
Lead product initiatives to ensure the platform meets evolving global regulatory and compliance standards
Write clear, detailed product specifications for new features
Articulate user stories, create API specifications and mockups, and identify feature metrics
Write complete documentation and provide enablement to internal stakeholders to increase product adoption
Execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core platform capabilities, search functionality, and related compliance products
Develop business objectives and metrics to measure progress and feature success
Communicate feature releases and manage stakeholder expectations across the company
Support rollout of new solutions and features, including stakeholder communication and training
Partner with engineering on technical tradeoffs and represent those tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager on platform, invoicing, or compliance-driven products in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
Deep domain expertise in document lifecycle management and global compliance regulations
Experience driving discovery and prioritisation where requirements originate from compliance, legal, or partner organisations
Solid technical literacy and ability to translate complex architectural requirements into product value
Ability to partner with engineering on technical decisions
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to drive results in a global, distributed environment across multiple time zones and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
Experience in fintech, financial services, supply chain finance, or enterprise B2B strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with S/4HANA integration, SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), SAP Business Network, SAP Ariba, or other SAP procure-to-pay / order-to-cash products is nice to have
