About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage tasks and work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and engineering counterparts to build scalable, compliant enterprise products
  • Partner with engineers and the business to become a domain expert in core platform services and compliance products
  • Own the product backlog for document lifecycle and compliance domains end-to-end, including roadmap, prioritisation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release readiness
  • Lead product initiatives to ensure the platform meets evolving global regulatory and compliance standards
  • Write clear, detailed product specifications for new features
  • Articulate user stories, create API specifications and mockups, and identify feature metrics
  • Write complete documentation and provide enablement to internal stakeholders to increase product adoption
  • Execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core platform capabilities, search functionality, and related compliance products
  • Develop business objectives and metrics to measure progress and feature success
  • Communicate feature releases and manage stakeholder expectations across the company
  • Support rollout of new solutions and features, including stakeholder communication and training
  • Partner with engineering on technical tradeoffs and represent those tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager on platform, invoicing, or compliance-driven products in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Deep domain expertise in document lifecycle management and global compliance regulations
  • Experience driving discovery and prioritisation where requirements originate from compliance, legal, or partner organisations
  • Solid technical literacy and ability to translate complex architectural requirements into product value
  • Ability to partner with engineering on technical decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to drive results in a global, distributed environment across multiple time zones and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, supply chain finance, or enterprise B2B strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with S/4HANA integration, SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), SAP Business Network, SAP Ariba, or other SAP procure-to-pay / order-to-cash products is nice to have
