About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Real-World AI Experience: Direct exposure to how AI is being deployed in a massive global enterprise environment.
- Career Launchpad: This role is designed as a pathway for future Product Managers, Solutions Architects, or full-time Forward Deployed Engineers.
- Mentorship: Regular 1:1s with senior engineers and leaders across the Talent, Product, and Engineering organizations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to break down complex problems and a desire to understand how enterprise software (ERP) systems work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and eager to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Nice to Have: Prior internship experience in a technical or customer-facing role.
- Interest in FinTech, B2B enterprise software, or Supply Chain Finance.
- Experience with data visualization tools or workflow automation (e.g., Google Apps Script, Zapier, etc.).
- A “Product Mindset” — an interest in not just how things work, but why they matter to the user.
