About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead recruitment processes for legal and administrative positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct onboarding for new employees, overseeing the entire onboarding and integration cycle.
- Assist in organizing and executing corporate events and initiatives, both internal and external, to strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Conduct regular follow-up interviews with new employees to ensure proper adjustment and identify opportunities to improve the integration process.
- Conduct exit interviews to help identify opportunities for improvement in the work environment and internal processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
- Advanced English.
