About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume frontline roles (manufacturing, operations, hourly workforce)
Drive rapid candidate throughput: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management
Maintain strong time-to-fill and requisition aging performance across assigned roles
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, local networks, and community partnerships
Build and maintain ready-now talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
Partner with local community organizations, workforce development programs, trade schools, and colleges to build sustainable talent pipelines
Represent Primient at career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives to strengthen local employer brand presence
Deliver a high-touch, responsive candidate experience from application through offer
Ensure a consistent and inclusive hiring process aligned with inclusion objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, Communications, Liberal Arts, or a related field (preferred)
2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
High-volume and/or manufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferred
Experience supporting or participating in community outreach, hiring events, or workforce partnerships is a plus
