About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume frontline roles (manufacturing, operations, hourly workforce)
- Drive rapid candidate throughput: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management
- Maintain strong time-to-fill and requisition aging performance across assigned roles
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, local networks, and community partnerships
- Build and maintain ready-now talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
- Partner with local community organizations, workforce development programs, trade schools, and colleges to build sustainable talent pipelines
- Represent Primient at career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives to strengthen local employer brand presence
- Deliver a high-touch, responsive candidate experience from application through offer
- Ensure a consistent and inclusive hiring process aligned with inclusion objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, Communications, Liberal Arts, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- High-volume and/or manufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting or participating in community outreach, hiring events, or workforce partnerships is a plus
