• Support the Director of Innovation Optimization by building and maintaining the tools, analyses and knowledge assets that underpin innovation prioritization, governance and value delivery
• Turn data into decision-ready insight, standardize ways of working across regions/platforms
• Ensure key learnings, benchmarks and playbooks are captured and reusable
• Develop, maintain and improve core innovation optimisation tools (e.g., templates, scorecards, prioritisation models, dashboards)
• Translate the Director’s governance principles into clear workflows, guidance and training materials; support adoption across regions and platforms
• Prepare materials for innovation forums, capture decisions, and ensure updates are reflected in the relevant systems and reporting
• Run recurring and ad-hoc analysis to support prioritisation, resource allocation and de-prioritisation decisions (e.g., value pools, sensitivity scenarios, capacity vs. demand, milestone risk)
• Partner with FP&A and Analytics to compile inputs for ROI views (e.g., investment, benefits, probabilities, timing) and to surface risks/assumptions in a transparent way
• Support creation and maintenance of the “one source of truth” datasets and visualisations (e.g., cube/game boards), ensuring version control and clear audit trails
• Prepare decision-ready synthesis for stakeholders: concise summaries, recommended options, and implications for portfolio shape and strategic objectives
• Build and maintain the innovation optimisation knowledge base (e.g., playbooks, FAQs, benchmarks, best practices, post-launch learnings, decision logs)
• Standardise and curate reusable assets (templates, examples, coaching materials) to reduce rework and improve quality of submissions into the pipeline funnel.

Innovation Optimization Manager

• Serve as a resource and mentor to site safety teams, assisting them in implementing and improving their health and safety programs.
• Act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, providing guidance, training, and expertise to support local safety initiatives.
• Facilitate best practice sharing across all manufacturing locations to drive consistency and operational excellence in safety performance.
• Work with plant teams to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, providing guidance on OSHA, PSM, and environmental health standards.
• Lead corporate-wide reviews on incident investigation reports out for best practice sharing and ensuring required layers of protection are communicated effectively across all Primient plants.
• Develop and implement corporate-level training programs to supplement plant-led safety training efforts.
• Track and analyze enterprise-wide safety performance metrics (KPIs), ensuring leadership visibility into trends and opportunities for improvement.

Corporate Health & Safety Manager

Payroll

• Serve as the day‑to‑day operational Supervisor within the People Services function, supporting a consistent, accurate, and compliant payroll experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Act as a hands‑on payroll subject matter expert, providing guidance and resolution for complex payroll issues, escalations, and inquiries, while reinforcing a strong customer service mindset.
• Own and execute payroll operations across multiple pay cycles in North America and Canada, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory and internal control requirements.
• Own the Workday Payroll module, including configuration, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure efficient, scalable, and compliant payroll processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to streamline payroll and system processes, partnering with HRIS and stakeholders to design, document, and implement improvements.
• Create, maintain, and execute a schedule of payroll‑related audits and reconciliations, including employee data and system controls, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.

Payroll & Time Tracking Supervisor

Sales

• The Regional Sales Director for DACH & Eastern Europe leads the commercial go-to-market for one of three Europe regional territorial clusters, overseeing a diverse portfolio of direct accounts and distribution partners driving profitable growth across the assigned geography.
• The role manages a team of Sales Account Managers and Distribution Managers and ensures delivery of tailored customer solutions that align with business priorities.
• Translates strategy into actionable go-to-market plans, manages cluster/sub-region‑level P&L contribution, leads key negotiations, and serves as the primary point of escalation for major customers and distributors.
• Owns the management and optimisation of the portfolio of customers within the cluster by balancing deployment of direct resources and leveraging distribution partnerships, ensuring channel efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Success in the role includes developing and leading a high-performance sales team, coaching a solutions and growth mindset, stewarding the culture and behaviours of Tate & Lyle, and navigating successfully across the matrix internally and at the customer face.
