About the role
- Own client data and account health.
- Translate metrics into clear stories that drive upsells and mitigate churn.
- Fully brief and prepare the Head of Growth for key calls with AAA materials (slides, benchmarks, and strategy).
- Build 6-month roadmaps for key accounts based on structured logic and business goals.
- Monitor NPS and engagement signals to proactively propose growth or retention actions.
- Execute data-backed, selective outreach to strategic prospects in the US and Europe.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Management Consulting, Growth, Strategy or Account Strategy
- Data Storytelling: Expert at translating raw data into insights and executive-ready narratives.
- Bilingual English is mandatory. (German, French, or Italian are a plus.)
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or similar.
