About the role

  • Own client data and account health.
  • Translate metrics into clear stories that drive upsells and mitigate churn.
  • Fully brief and prepare the Head of Growth for key calls with AAA materials (slides, benchmarks, and strategy).
  • Build 6-month roadmaps for key accounts based on structured logic and business goals.
  • Monitor NPS and engagement signals to proactively propose growth or retention actions.
  • Execute data-backed, selective outreach to strategic prospects in the US and Europe.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Management Consulting, Growth, Strategy or Account Strategy
  • Data Storytelling: Expert at translating raw data into insights and executive-ready narratives.
  • Bilingual English is mandatory. (German, French, or Italian are a plus.)
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or similar.
