About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide analytical support to drive deal pipeline for commercial loans.
Act as a key coordinator once a deal is signed, assisting in due diligence and documentation.
Scrub property operating statements and financial data to assess property performance.
Collaborate with the team to draft Mortgage Presentations.
Help move deals from the Commitment Letter to the closing table by coordinating with teams.
Monitor the real estate landscape nationwide for relevant market dynamics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Post-secondary education in finance, economics, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum one (1) year of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, valuation, risk, or credit analysis will be considered an asset.
Proficiency in English and French will be considered an asset.
Deep understanding of financial statements and market trends.
A proactive, self-driven approach with accountability for managing projects.
Ability to identify inconsistencies in complex datasets.
