About the role

  • Review manual test cases for Salesforce customizations.
  • Support, maintain, and optimize all activities related to test automation.
  • Analyze user stories and functional requirements.
  • Contribute to manual testing; execute test cases and scripts.
  • Create and maintain test plans and test cases.
  • Set up, configure, and administer Salesforce test environments.
  • Participate in the development, deployment, and administration of QA processes and tools.
  • Design, build, and execute automation scripts.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of software testing experience.
  • Significant experience with Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud).
  • Over 2 years of experience with automated functional testing tools, preferably Playwright.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience using Postman for API testing.
  • Experience with Xray (or a similar test management tool natively integrated with Jira).
  • Experience with agile methodologies and Salesforce deployment processes.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Git.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder): a strong asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (an asset).
