About the role

  • Optimize and manage systems
  • Manage relationships with frontline teams to continuously improve how our systems support team and partner experiences
  • Collaborate across the organization to identify best practices and integrate them into daily operations
  • Advocate for and deploy new AI features that will dramatically increase user efficiency beyond industry standards
  • Design and maintain operational dashboards and reports to support decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across tools and reporting deliverables
  • Support increasingly larger Growth Operations initiatives by coordinating tasks, timelines, and documentation
  • Build relationships across the organization

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or business support
  • Ability to work on-site 3 days per week at our Montréal headquarters
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently while asking for support when needed
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Analytical mindset and comfort with spreadsheets, as well as turning data into actionable recommendations
  • Clear, thoughtful communicator, able to document processes and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Attention to detail and strong execution focus, with pride in operational excellence
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and business areas
