About the role
- Optimize and manage systems
- Manage relationships with frontline teams to continuously improve how our systems support team and partner experiences
- Collaborate across the organization to identify best practices and integrate them into daily operations
- Advocate for and deploy new AI features that will dramatically increase user efficiency beyond industry standards
- Design and maintain operational dashboards and reports to support decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across tools and reporting deliverables
- Support increasingly larger Growth Operations initiatives by coordinating tasks, timelines, and documentation
- Build relationships across the organization
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or business support
- Ability to work on-site 3 days per week at our Montréal headquarters
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently while asking for support when needed
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Analytical mindset and comfort with spreadsheets, as well as turning data into actionable recommendations
- Clear, thoughtful communicator, able to document processes and collaborate cross-functionally
- Attention to detail and strong execution focus, with pride in operational excellence
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and business areas
