About the role

  • Demonstrate strong command and control on sales fundamentals
  • Accountable for all day-to-day selling aspects including developing and driving net sales plan
  • Managing the Natural and Specialty channel across total portfolio
  • Effectively managing and controlling trade fund budget and revenue growth management principles
  • Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with customers and brokers
  • Leading, motivating, coaching and developing direct reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related business field
  • 5+ years of Sales Experience in combination of Direct Selling Roles and Internal Sales positions in the Consumer Products Industry
  • Experience selling both Category Leading and Emerging Brands across multiple categories
  • 3+ years of experience selling to Natural Specialty retailers and distributors including Whole Foods/Sprouts/UNFI/KEHE
  • Strong understanding of natural and specialty channels
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities using syndicated and shipment sales to implement category strategies
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Desire to grow and develop talent
