About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee multidisciplinary capital projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, schedule.
- Identify and execute solutions to improve plant throughput, reliability, yield, and energy efficiency.
- Drive compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM) and Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) regulations.
- Coordinate between Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, and QA teams to successfully scale and transition new products from bench/pilot stages to full manufacturing.
- Maintain engineering models, generate process flow diagrams, track project KPIs, and manage budgets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency in simulation/modeling software (e.g., Aspen), AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
- 10 to 15 years of combined experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, and project management.
- Designing process improvements, developing engineering studies, and managing project lifecycles—from Front-End Loading (FEL) to commissioning and startup.
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Chemical Process, or Industrial Engineering.
