About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee multidisciplinary capital projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, schedule.
Identify and execute solutions to improve plant throughput, reliability, yield, and energy efficiency.
Drive compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM) and Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) regulations.
Coordinate between Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, and QA teams to successfully scale and transition new products from bench/pilot stages to full manufacturing.
Maintain engineering models, generate process flow diagrams, track project KPIs, and manage budgets.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in simulation/modeling software (e.g., Aspen), AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
10 to 15 years of combined experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, and project management.
Designing process improvements, developing engineering studies, and managing project lifecycles—from Front-End Loading (FEL) to commissioning and startup.
B.S. or M.S. degree in Chemical Process, or Industrial Engineering.
