About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee day-to-day financial operations
- Responsible for invoicing, collections, payroll, commission tracking, and vendor payments
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
- Create and manage up to 100 invoices per month in QuickBooks Online
- Ensure billing accuracy across multiple service lines
- Manage accounts receivable and collections
- Calculate recruiter and channel commissions
- Process U.S. payroll for approximately 10 employees via QuickBooks
- Manage vendor and contractor payments
- Maintain accurate books on a cash basis
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 to 10 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Experience managing commissions and variable compensation
- Comfortable handling collections professionally
- Experience coordinating with external CPAs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in service-based businesses
- Preferred: Experience with international payments
- Preferred: Experience in recruiting, SaaS, or professional services environments
