About the role
- Work on all phases of SAP TM (Transportation Management) implementation including blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, prototypes, design, developing, testing, go-live, user training, and post-production support.
- Work in the technology organization and business representatives to determine the business process and solution design leveraging the capabilities of SAP TM.
- Provide expertise in the development of best practices in SAP S/4 HANA Transportation Management.
- Lead and participate in strategic initiatives, set goals, and foster development of high-performance teams; interface with all levels of the organization.
- Consistently engage with clients, interpret requirements, staff projects and manage communication flow throughout.
Requirements
- 2 -3 End to End TM Implementation Experience
- 5 to 7 Years of SAP TM experience
- 10 to 14 Years of Overall SAP Exp
- SAP TM Certified
- B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work
- Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
- Consistently engage with the clients, interpret their requirements, staff projects while managing the communication flow throughout
- Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
