About the role

  • Build all project plans (work plan, team structure, team process, stakeholder involvement plan, configuration management plan, management plans, and the like) under the guidance of the Project Management Officer
  • Execute project plans and meet the organizations standard schedules and quality
  • Monitor project execution and provide reports/status updates to the internal management and stakeholders
  • Management of stakeholder relationships and expectations for the duration of the project
  • Ensure that contracted development and work requirements are fulfilled
  • Process scope changes and project issues in stride
  • Proactively identify risks to improve project success
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospective meetings
  • Conduct conflict resolution with scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect in mind
  • Prepares backlog items for recurring sprints or project implementations

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field
  • 2+ years experience in tech project management, with a focus on SaaS products
  • Highly experienced in handling complex projects following SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall)
  • Previous experience in handling 5 to 10-man roster project/s
  • Good leadership skills, risk management, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in handling web, mobile, or general software developments, or related work within the SaaS or eCommerce industries
  • Experience in project planning, resource deployment, and release management
  • Able to work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Proven ability to do software release project management and resource planning
