About the role
- Act as liaison between the business team (e.g. Product Owner, Operations) and the project team (Developers and Testers) in all areas of support and enhancements
- Participate in driving product roadmaps and determining prioritization of the product backlog; break down the requirements into consumable user stories for the development team
- Develop wireframes or mockups that can showcase the user journey
- Well-versed in documenting functional specifications to support the business rules or user stories set by stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science/information technology, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience as Business Analyst
- Experience in handling E-commerce or loyalty projects is a plus
- Ability to think out of the box and drive innovation
- An Agile mindset with experience working in an Agile environment
- Organized and has keen attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven technical writing abilities
- Knowledgeable in using Jira, Monday, Balsamiq, Microsoft/Google tools, or similar tools
