About the role
- Responsible for the financial health of the organization
- Involves financial reporting, analysis, and compliance
- Ensures effective use of financial resources
- Guides decision-making with data-driven insights
- Develops strategies to achieve financial report compliance
- Oversees the full bookkeeping cycle and ensures integrity of financial records
- Manages day-to-day AP and AR execution
- Prepares timely and accurate financial statements and reports
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting in a managerial role
- Masters Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Certified Tax Technician (CTT) is a plus
- Proficiency in accounting systems such as Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements
- Skilled in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Benefits
- Hybrid work setup with onsite work on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Occasional onsite work on Fridays as needed
- Work Monday to Friday; 8AM to 5PM
