About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for web applications
  • Perform cross-browser and accessibility testing
  • Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
  • Mentor and lead QA team members
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects
  • Participate in hybrid work with occasional onsite presence (at least once per month)
  • Work shift: start between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM to complete full 8-hour shift

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in test automation
  • Strong focus on Web Application Testing
  • Strong in Cross-browser and Accessibility Testing
  • Proficient in test automation tools and frameworks (preferably Playwright; e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
  • Skilled in multiple programming languages for automation
  • Experience in mentoring or leading QA team members
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
  • Fast and stable internet connection
  • Preferably available to start immediately
