About the role
- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial actuals
- Identifying trends and investigating the root causes of unexpected variances
- Close collaboration with various departments to ensure financial strategies are aligned with business objectives
- Identify process gaps and recommend steps to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reviews and decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA is a strong advantage
- Proficient in SAP, with exposure to multiple modules; expertise in FI/CO is required
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance roles (Operational & Analytical)
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial standards (US GAAP / IFRS); hands-on experience in P&L and balance sheet analysis.
- Proficient in Excel (including Macros), Power BI, and financial systems (SAP R/3 or S4 HANA preferred)
