About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure high quality and safe experiences for users across social media apps.
- Apply content policy to digital content and enforce client’s terms of use.
- Review and score content based on specified criteria.
- Participate in wellness activities and programs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least one year prior operations experience in shared services or customer experience environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Bulgarian (reading and speaking).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations.
