Key responsibilities & impact

Conceptualize, develop, and deliver high-impact learning solutions
Provide thought leadership in learning experience design strategies
Develop skills assessments that enable readiness for new hires
Implement state-of-the-art learning experiences through various modes of delivery
Hire, develop, evaluate, and retain key talent for seamless execution of learning interventions

What you’ll need

Provide overall direction to deliver innovative, tech-based learning solutions
Design and implement learning programs that boost new hires’ speed to proficiency
Utilize various graphics, video, and course authoring software to develop meaningful learning experiences
Create static and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud programs
Create instructional media with at least one e-learning authoring tool
Evaluate learning interventions and present results to senior leadership
