Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and ensure closure of employment investigations including those related to allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace misconduct and violations of company policy
Maintain precise, legally defensible records of interviews, evidence, and findings
Prepare comprehensive written reports for leadership
Apply working knowledge of key U.S. employment law frameworks relevant to investigations and outcomes
Partner with legal counsel on high-risk matters, legal claims, and litigation holds

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2–4 years of professional HR experience, with a heavy focus on Employee Relations or Investigations
Demonstrable knowledge of US Federal and State employment laws
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to remain neutral and empathetic during high-stress interviews
Proficiency with HRIS systems and case management software
