About the role

  • Support and assist in the implementation of IAM projects and initiatives, particularly utilizing technologies like Ping Identity and IGA solutions
  • Collaborate effectively with IAM management, IT teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical assistance
  • Assist Senior IAM Engineer in understanding business requirements and developing IAM strategies
  • Assist in provisioning, de-provisioning, and managing user access across applications integrated with IAM solutions
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and monitor IAM systems for performance, availability, and security
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IAM processes, configurations, and operational tasks
  • Participate in IAM solution-related incident response activities, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving access-related issues
  • Contribute to IAM solution improvement and compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 2-3 years hands-on experience with IAM solutions such as Okta, Azure Active Directory, Ping Identity, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with IAM concepts, principles, and technologies, particularly Ping Identity and IGA solutions
  • PingID hands-on experience is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of identity lifecycle management
  • Experience with Single sign-on (SSO) and Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
  • Knowledge of Role-based access control (RBAC) and Privileged access management (PAM)
  • Understanding of IAM Governance
  • Strong understanding of network security, encryption techniques, and authentication protocols (e.g., LDAP, SAML, OAuth)
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell) for automation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex systems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in IT Security, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate across stakeholders
  • Must be willing to report onsite if needed and able to work shifting schedules if required
