Requirements

What you’ll need

3–4 years of progressive experience in Employee Engagement, Corporate Communications, or Global Event Management.
3+ years of proven experience conceptualizing event themes and working with (or creating) visual assets/creatives that resonate with a global audience.
Experienced in managing day-to-day project execution according to defined guidelines.
Minimum of 2 years navigating the nuances of a global workforce.
4+ year track record of overseeing concurrent workstreams and maintaining organizational standards to meet critical deadlines and quality benchmarks.
Direct experience managing project budgets with the ability to provide data-driven insights that prove ROI of culture initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in pitching creative concepts to executive leadership.
