About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conceptualize, brand, and launch high-visibility global engagement activities.
- Own the full lifecycle of engagement programs across diverse time zones and cultures.
- Work autonomously to navigate roadblocks and streamline delivery processes.
- Independently manage and track the Global Engagement budget.
- Define and monitor success metrics, providing data-driven insights that prove the ROI of initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–4 years of progressive experience in Employee Engagement, Corporate Communications, or Global Event Management.
- 3+ years of proven experience conceptualizing event themes and working with (or creating) visual assets/creatives that resonate with a global audience.
- Experienced in managing day-to-day project execution according to defined guidelines.
- Minimum of 2 years navigating the nuances of a global workforce.
- 4+ year track record of overseeing concurrent workstreams and maintaining organizational standards to meet critical deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Direct experience managing project budgets with the ability to provide data-driven insights that prove ROI of culture initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in pitching creative concepts to executive leadership.
