About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Business Analysts across various business domains.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and create development plans to enhance BA capabilities.
- Manage team resource allocation and workload distribution to ensure project coverage and balance.
- Define, implement, and maintain BA standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Review and ensure completeness and accuracy of business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, product owners, and technical teams to define and prioritize requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder discussions to ensure shared understanding of business needs.
- Identify opportunities for improving BA processes, tools, and templates to enhance team efficiency and quality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to establish and uphold BA best practices.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Working knowledge of JIRA for requirements tracking and management.
- Familiarity with Lucidchart or Draw.io for process flow documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
