About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and optimize the operational aspects of talent acquisition function supporting candidate onboarding
- Lead and mentor a team of TA Operations professionals
- Ensure successful delivery of onboarding activities
- Continuously review and refine TA processes and workflows
- Develop recruitment metrics and analytics reports
- Oversee configuration and optimization of the applicant tracking system
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Manage a portfolio of talent acquisition vendors and evaluate performance
- Enhance the candidate experience through feedback and insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or a related field
- Experience of managing onboarding processes including background checks and documentation requirements
- Leadership experience with strong team management skills
- Experience of working across multiple Geos within EMEA
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday)
- Proficiency in data analysis and metrics reporting
- Solid understanding of employment laws and compliance best practices
- Strong project management capabilities
