About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide comprehensive customer service, order management, and warranty support to clients' customers
- Communicate through phone and email channels to address inquiries and resolve customer concerns
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Manage customer orders, including processing and tracking
- Provide warranty support and process warranty claims
- Handle inquiries related to orders, products, and services
- Assist customers with navigating the global marketplace
- Support customer groups and address their specific needs
- Resolve production and shipping issues
- Provide website support and troubleshooting
- Handle other customer inquiries, including spam and marketing-related issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be able to use English at a B1 minimum level
- Successfully complete the English written and oral assessment
- Willing to complete assessments that include a typing test (25 wpm)
- Great communication skills
- Strong abilities to work independently and as a remote team player
- Must be adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have HSD or equivalent Sales Experience Highly Preferred
