About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the Primary Administrator for our LMS, managing user groups, course versioning, and curriculum assignments
- Generate and analyze compliance reports to ensure 100% training completion for safety-critical roles
- Coordinate the digital logistics for new hire classes
- Act as the 'right hand' to the training team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within L&D, HR, or Operations
- Proven experience managing Cornerstone or similar LMS
- Experience in tech, logistics, or a highly regulated field (AV, Aerospace, Medical) is a major plus
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups and pivot tables)
