About the role
- Own the execution of onboarding, activation, and retention programs.
- Continuously review existing SOPs for tasker engagement and suggest/implement updates.
- Monitor project queues for signs of tasker fatigue or confusion and resolve issues.
- Draft clear, concise, and culturally sensitive communications.
- Manage community feedback channels and surveys, synthesizing common themes into actionable reports.
- Maintain dashboards related to community health and provide weekly updates on community status.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in community management, platform operations, or gig-economy coordination.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale workflows and documentation with high attention to detail.
- Strong professional English skills, with the ability to adjust tone and complexity based on the audience.
- High comfort level with Google Workspace (especially Sheets/Excel) and community platforms (Slack, Discord, or internal CRM tools).
- A "self-starter" mindset—able to see a gap in a process and propose a logical solution.
