About the role
- Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
- Design and expand training and development programs
- Set standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character
- Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training
- Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements
- Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities
- Amend and revise programs as necessary
- Develop and create effective induction programs
- Monitor and review trainees’ progress
- Ensure statutory training requirements are met
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Four-year college degree (preferred) in a related field like industrial or applied sciences
- Meets driver requirements, including driving record and criminal history under applicable regulations and laws
- Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional driving on public roads
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
- Problem solver and critical thinker
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative with strong interpersonal skills
