About the role

  • create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
  • design and expand training and development programs
  • Set the standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character
  • Create and deliver training which includes curriculum, training, and exams for preparatory courses
  • Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skills
  • Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training
  • Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities
  • Amend and revise programs to adapt to changes in the work environment
  • Act as the content expert
  • Develop and create effective induction programs
  • Monitor and review trainees’ progress through questionnaires

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Four-year college degree (preferred) in a related field like industrial or applied sciences
  • Meets driver requirements, including driving record and criminal history under applicable regulations and laws
  • Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional driving on public roads
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
  • A problem solver and critical thinker
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative—can think outside the box
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Can work in a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and longer hours
